Philadelphia Eagles re-sign Bobby Hoying to a one-year contract. The Eagles also announced the signing of restricted free agent quarterback Bobby Hoying to a one-year contract. Hoying is the fourth of six restricted free agents re-signed by the Eagles this off-season. The other players to be signed are wide receiver Deitrich Jells, center Morris Unutoa, and defensive tackle Steve Martin. Only tight end Jason Dunn and center Bubba Miller remain unsigned.
